In an exclusive scoop from The Wrap, recent Oscar winner Patricia Arquette is said to join the voice cast for Pixar’s Toy Story 4. A peek at the Toy Story 4 IMDB page also confirms it, although Patricia is only listed as “Actress,” without a character name.

While not much is known about the character as of yet, an insider told The Wrap she is a hippie-esque Mom type. It’s not likely her character will be a toy, although the possibilities are amusing. Perhaps she’ll play a tie-dyed beanie baby bear? Or maybe one of those costumed rubber ducks?

Although Toy Story 4 is considered a sequel to the other films, Pixar President Jim Morris has stated it’s a new story that doesn’t focus on the owner-toy relationships of the previous films.

The plot of the new Toy Story film centers on a Woody (Tom Hanks) and Bo Peep (Annie Potts) love story. From the summary on IMDB: “Woody and Buzz go on an adventure to find the one toy who was given away … Bo Peep.”

Other familiar characters like Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen), Jessie (Joan Cusack), Barbie (Jodi Benson), Mr. Potato Head (Don Rickles), and Slinky Dog (Blake Clark) will also reprise their roles.

Toy Story 4 will be Patricia’s second major animated feature voice role. In 2016 she is billed as one of the voices in the remake of Troll: The Rise of Harry Potter Jr. from SFX-artist-turned-writer, John Carl Buechler.
