Turns out Kanye West shares some of the same fears as any other parent out there. The rapper has admitted that certain aspects of raising children in the public eye are not simple. On Tuesday he sat down for a two hour live interview with SHOWstudio and got candid about his fears, but was also quick to point out how fortunate he was as well.

“Do I worry about being in the public eye and raising kids? Yeah. Any situation you’re in, you’re going to worry about raising your kids. It’s champagne problems. There’s people who can’t feed their kids.”

The 38 year-old also expressed that the experience of being a father has changed the sort of music that he is creating.

“Having a family, period, has completely made me rethink the way I rap. I just love my family.”

As usual everything done in the Kardashian/West family is of high interest to the public, and after naming their daughter North people have been speculating about the name choice for their next child. Anna Wintour asked straight up if they had named their son yet.

“I don’t have a name for him, but what I hope for him is that he can feel purpose. That he can learn, that he has the opportunities.”

Kanye’s words make it seem like he couldn’t be in a happier place in his life.

“[I’m] so, so, so, so happy. And I’m happy for the normal reasons to be happy. Because I married the woman of my dreams and I have a beautiful daughter and so many beautiful people around me … I have a son on the way. I have a lot of life ahead of me, and I have the opportunity to be completely rogue and the ability to support myself being who I am.”
