2. Quentin Tarantino
Some would say he’s weird, and others think he’s creepy, but we like to think that Quentin Tarantino is just harmlessly eccentric. His abstract thinking and highly visual films can be attributed to an interesting sense of humor and a keen eye for detail.
Films like Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, and Django Unchained wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for his unique view of how to best portray violence onscreen and get the best acting out of the performers in his films. It’s abstract thinking like that that puts butts in seats at theaters. You have to be a little quirky to come out with such amazing writing and direction!
