3. Tina Fey
Tina Fey first made it into the mainstream entertainment industry at 28 years old, writing for SNL in 1997. She wasn’t named head writer of this notorious comedy show until 1999 when the former head writer, Adam McKay, left the show. Tina still had another year ahead of her before she began performing on the show, which put her at 31 years old by the time she started acting.
She continued doing skits on the show for another six years before moving on to write and star in 30 Rock. Tina Fey also had lots of roles and writing jobs in films like the Mean Girls with Lindsay Lohan, Date Night with Steve Carell, and multiple cartoons. At 44 years of age, Tina Fey has hosted the Golden Globes twice alongside Amy Poehler, has too many awards under her belt to attempt listing, and is producing the new Netflix sitcom Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
